How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is customized to the individual case. You pay only for the services you need, which we determine during the initial consultation. Contact us to schedule a free consultation to discuss your specific case. 

What geographical areas do you cover?

Our primary territory includes Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. However, we work with clients all over the United States. We can do much of our work remotely and travel as needed. But if for any reason we determine we cannot work with you because of your location, we will refer you to someone who can. Just contact us to inquire about your area. 

I'm caregiving from a distance. Can you still help me?

Yes. Whether your loved one is in our primary territory (Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts) and you are elsewhere, or the opposite, we can still help you. We have worked with people all over the country and beyond. In one case, we helped a gentleman move from Guam to Maine. Contact us to discuss your case.

I've already done a lot of leg work. Do you still need to do Steps 1 and 2?

Yes! Sometimes we meet with folks who have done lots of research and they think they know what type of care they need, or they think there is only one option for them. However, after 7 years of service, working with hundreds of families, we have some insights, tricks, and strategies that you might not have considered. Through our evaluation process we will likely discover alternative options for you. 

My loved one is in trouble and I need to make a change immediately, can you help?

Yep. Many of our clients are in crisis and need to make a change immediately. Sometimes it's for safety reasons. Other times it's for financial reasons or just logistical concerns. We have transitioned families within days when the situation warranted it. If you are in crisis we recommend calling the office at 207-210-6498 to talk to someone immediately. Of course if it's a medical emergency please dial 911.

If I'm not in any kind of crisis what kind of timeline should I expect?

It really depends on what kind of timeline you want to be on, and what is reasonable for your circumstances. We encourage you to communicate your ideal timeline to us so we can discuss how we can meet it. On average, for clients who do not have a specific timeline that they are trying to meet, our services take about 2-4 months to complete.
